Global Galaxy is business accelerator platform to help each person’s business grow to their highest potential. Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality. It is not an easy task to coach, nurture and provide constructive feedback. It takes time, pressure and environment to creates diamonds, same as growing leaders. However, Global Galaxy has the great culture of collaboration and continue improving to help each business owner succeed. Throughout my 4 years with Global Galaxy, I become a better listener, able to face my own weakness and continue improving my core strength. Also, I learnt these two important values:

2. I wouldn’t work so much trading time for money, working for others. I would spend more time with my family and love one.
